Girafics3 is a general purpose graphic file viewer that can open a vast variety of graphic types! It also has a few other tricks to amuse you including creating and setting interesting wallpaper and creating shaped regions. Graphics can be easily and quickly resized or sections cut and pasted. Some functions will only work with Windows XP.
